Delete your Islam2Go account
You can delete your account and its data at any time, directly in the app.
Delete it in the app
- 1Open Islam2Go and sign in.
- 2Tap your profile photo at the top of the home screen.
- 3Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
- 4Read the warning, tap Delete Account, then confirm with Delete.
This action cannot be undone and all of your data will be deleted permanently.
Can't open the app?
Email info@islam2go.ch from the address linked to your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm when it's done.
What gets deleted
Your account and the data linked to it, including your profile, favorites, points and scan history. Scan results saved on your phone are cleared too.
Exceptions: data we have to keep by law, such as accounting records, and photographs you captured with the Haram Scanner. Those photographs are not removed automatically, so delete those scans in the app first, or email info@islam2go.ch and we'll remove them.
